Troubleshooting of overall wear and tear

1. Through the identification of wear marks, it is confirmed that the overall wear of the concrete piston of the concrete pump accessories;

2. Check the washing room and cooling water to ensure that the washing room is clean;

3. Remove the dustproof ring, improve the lubrication and cooling of the concrete piston of the concrete pump accessories, add an appropriate amount of hydraulic oil for the concrete pump accessories into the washing room, and replace the new guide ring to improve the lubrication;

4. Check the size of the concrete piston of the concrete pump fittings. Usually, the lip of the concrete piston of the concrete pump fittings should be 4-5 mm larger than the diameter of the conveying cylinder;

5. Replace the concrete piston of other materials of the concrete pump accessories.
